The role

Reporting to the Primary Care Quality Improvement Manager, this role is responsible for working collaboratively with participating General Practices to identify quality improvement opportunities that improve clinical outcomes by embedding quality improvement initiatives utilising Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), coaching and peer to peer training.

This role will be offered on a full-time, limited term contract to December 2022 with the possibility of extension.

This role can be undertaken from anywhere in the Great Southern region, flexible working arrangements will be considered.
