As part of Palliative Care week WAPHA Great Southern Office has collaborated with other PHNs nationally to record short digital storytelling clips on Palliative Care and Advanced Care Planning. The audience for the clips are Health Professionals and community members and we are very proud that 5 of the 7 clips chosen for promotion are from the Great Southern.
