    The Great Southern Health Professionals Network would like to invite GPs, nurses, pharmacists and allied health professionals to join the Headspace Albany team for an educational evening to discuss how Headspace Albany manages eating disorders in the primary health setting. This presentation will discuss typical and atypical eating disorders and attendees will benefit from collaboration around complex health presentations, based on the model of the 0020 resources.   • Borderline Personality Disorder Awareness Week

    BPD Awareness Week has been declared the first week of October each year and aims to raise awareness about borderline personality disorder (BPD), a stigmatised and often discriminated against complex mental illness. We do this by providing resources and education in an easily accessed and understood way. We are seeking funds to refresh the website and develop new resources for our new 2023 campaign.   • Youth in Distress: Blended Learning

    With a focus on self-harm and suicide in adolescence, this program will assist clinicians to manage youth in distress, self-harm and suicidality. The program has been designed to build on the current level of skills of participants and to further develop confidence in undertaking risk assessment and safety planning for youth in distress.
