Voluntary Assisted Dying Participating Practitioner Workshop

A VAD Practitioner workshop has been organised for Friday, the 11^th of August at Fiona Stanley Hospital facilitated by the VAD Coordinator for SMHS, John Robinson and supported the SWCNS,  Care Navigator, Kim, with the opportunity for a further workshop later in the year if demand is high. Lunch and morning tea are provided, please provide any dietary restrictions.
