VAD Update – Reflections on First Six Months

VAD Update: Reflections on the first 6 months is being held on 10th February 2022 from 8.45am – 12.00pm. The forum will be an opportunity to hear about the first 6 months of the implementation of voluntary assisted dying in Western Australia, and will include presentations from:
- Voluntary Assisted Dying Board
- WA VAD Statewide Care Navigator Service
- WA VAD Statewide Pharmacy Service
- WA VAD Community of Practice
A program will be provided shortly.
Attendance may either be in person at Fiona Stanley Hospital or online. Masks will be required for attendance at Fiona Stanley Hospital. Attendees who register for online attendance will receive a link to join the forum closer to the date.
