PACOP Workshop

PACOP is a new national program to improve palliative care outcomes in residential aged care. PACOP is endorsed and funded by the Australian Department of Health and Aged Care.

This workshop is for all Nursing, Clinical Managers, Allied Health, Clinical Educators, & Quality staff.

This event is co-facilitated by the Great Southern Regional Palliative Care Team & PACOP and is free of charge.
