The End of Life Care Program invites you to attend the Collaborative Forum – A dignified end of life: Progress and Possibilities on 13 June 2023. This half-day collaborative workshop is an opportunity for the WA end of life care sector to reflect and share achievements since 2018 and identify the priorities for 2023—2028 under the WA End-of-Life and Palliative Care Strategy.
