The Cardiac Rehabilitation and Secondary Prevention (CRSP) Webinars are a collaboration between Training Centre in Subacute Care (TRACS), Heart Foundation WA and the Australian Cardiovascular Health Association WA and Rural Health West.
They have developed a series of CRSP Telehealth Professional Development sessions for Country WA health professionals via VC.
